My sister came to London for 1 of her 2 hen do's, we caught a West End show & then stayed at a hotel on the Strand. My mum, sister & I shared a triple room, it was like being in a school dorm, lots of giggling and chatting went on.

The next day we ice skated at the beautiful Somerset House that's me in the black coat looking a mixture of petrified and exhilarated. Then for the first time ever I went on a city tour bus, it was great seeing the city from a touristy view point.

My good friend's husband arranged a surprise birthday meal for her. Russ and I got suited and booted and joined them at Gordon Ramsey's restaurant at Claridges, it was exquisite. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the cheese, oh the cheese!
and not to mention that Gordon him self walked past.... twice!!!

This weekend we antique shopped in Angel. I found this incredible dolls house size room made from paper, I'm not sure my photos do it justice.

I also found lots of amazing furniture, perfect for the new studio, but unfortunately not nearly at perfect prices!!

Sunday we walked and walked, Russ wanted to show me the mens urinals at the Barbican Centre, I sent him in with the camera & skulked around outside!

and eventually we ended up at one of our favourite cafes at the Sunday Up market in Shorditch. It's such an effortlessly cool little place & does the BEST pizzas ever.
