I was thrilled when Sara from the brilliant new blog Oh My Handmade asked me to contribute, it was also great timing as I had just finished a Q&A with a student. You can read the interview here & here are a few photos to tempt you over.

Again this week fantastic press my gorgeous friend Amanda (who's Birthday I missed... I am SO sorry) scanned in these pages she spotted in an Australian Baby mag.

We also were featured in ANORAK I LOVE that magazine, it calls itself 'the happy mag for kids' if you didn't already know they now have an online shop selling lots of cool stuff including B&B notebooks.

Little Madam Dolls will, by the end of the weekend be back in the shops, I will drag them there kicking & screaming! This time they are screen printed onto cotton (before we used digital prints) & they come with a little pocket on their back which has a secret note hidden inside. They are also packaged differently, so they are more shop friendly for our wholesale customers. The header comes with a list of suggestions for their pocket usage: Tooth fairy doll, lavender for sleeping & my favourite which was inspired my friend's 6 year old daughter 'hang outside your door when you are feeling grump & do not want to be disturbed' Actually I think I need to keep one close at hand, to hang on my studio door from time to time :)

One of the best things about being home is proper traditional British stuff. A friend of ours was given a book for Christmas London's Best Pubs. He decided to challenge himself to have a pint in each one before the year is out. So consequently we get to try out great new pubs also, this weeks was the Fox & Anchor in Clerkenwell, for those of you that can go I suggest you do & try & book one of the 3 booths at the back. I felt like I had stepped back in time & when we left I half expected to see horse drawn carriages and Eliza Do-little singing her heart out!

Other news I am taking part in a Leeds Alumni exhibition so for those of you that are in the area it is on from the 12th-31st March at Broadcasting Place, Woodhouse Lane. I am going to pop by next weekend.
